- Sue, I did manage to put a ballot together in r.a.dw, and in the interest of
- all I am NOT the polling officer. Given recent subject on the matter, once a
- polling officer can come forward, a VERY FORMAL CFV and CFD has to take place.
- It would be up to the polling officer to publish the ballot to all uk.* groups,
- soc.culture.british,soc.culture.celtic and news.* groups.
- In essence, before the year is out, splitting and internationalizing the
- groups could become a reality.
