  21. I'd like to see the law you quote so much which one is it that makes it  
  22. illegal to copy and reprint public statements with the name of the person  
  23. who made the comments included?  Is it the same one that keeps the  
  24. newspapers from reprinting Presidential speeches?  Oh, I forgot, there  
  25. isn't one.
