  16. The past couple or so have landed in Florida.  This is the eventual goal
  17. to save the couple of million lost in transporting and refurbishing delay.
  18. I don't think the Florida runway is optimal for all types of cargos.

  20. What is the reliability of landing times?  Launches are often delayed for
  21. weather or breakdowns.  Landings are often rescheduled for weather or
  22. mission changes.  I have been hoping to catch one too and only live 2.5
  23. hours away.
