  18. Nobody transcribes the entire mission's uplinked/downlinked audio
  19. (which is what I assume you want).  Audio recordings of the whole
  20. mission are kept.  You can get them via Freedom of Information Request
  21. from Johnson Space Center's Public Affairs Office.  They'll cost you a
  22. bundle.  Then you can transcribe the tapes yourself or pay a
  23. commercial transcription service (costing another bundle).
