  17. As I understand it you can scale up to some degree. Eventually you will
  18. want to lighter NASP materials which aren't being used in DC-Y and more
  19. powerful engines. There is also the tri-propellent engines which have
  20. the potential to greatly increase payload.

  22. I believe that if DC-Y works and can deliver 15 to 20 thousand pounds to
  23. LEO then building a 40K version should be possible.
