  28.   Because I see that the space fights for it, it tries to prevent added
  29. concentration of electrical charges and by (A1) the initial action is
  30. the tendency of maintaining the status quo.  Why Bush was fighting, 
  31. why Clinton provoked by challenge and many other things reacted and created 
  32. a situation and will try to maintain the new status quo for some time? (A1)
  33. explains why.  
  34.    Don't be dismayed that (A1)  applies to animate as well as to inanimate
  35. objects.  After all, people are also made of matter!!!
