  16. I should add that the data is for the hand-held variants only. Also a
  17. few more notes on the SA-16: C.I.S. designation Igla 1EH 9M313.
  18. Original was 9M39, and max range is 3 km, altitude is 3.5 km, and min
  19. 10 m. Max speed is 680 m/sec, activation time is 13 sec, reaction time
  20. from detection to firing is 4.5 sec. System weight is 16.65 kg.
