  20.     Yes.  SEALs are Navy special forces, just as Green Beret's fall
  21. under Army ranks since they are Army special forces.

  23.     The Coast Guard follows Navy ranks, I believe, but the Coast
  24. Guard is not part of the Navy.  They are part of the (get this!) Department
  25. of Transportation.  In wartime, they fall in with the Navy I believe.

  28. more information on this?  The Coast Guard tends to get overlooked when
  29. thinking of naval power.
