  31. The British component of the commercial group got the low bid in for
  32. transport and set up, they just chose to go with the lowest bidder for
  33. the transport part of the operation.  (The Antonov could take the whole
  34. batch in one gulp, and it was just a tad too big to go in one load for
  35. a C-5 (or a bunch of C-141s) according to local radio reports.
