- I have read in the book "The Quest for the Red Prince", by Michael
- Bar-Zohar and Eitan Haber, that during WW2 there was a Nazi plan
- to poison the water of Tel-Aviv in Palestine. It failed as
- paratroopers who tried to carry it out were captured by the
- British authorities.
