- I heard that vitamin B6 can help with menstrual cramps and mood
- swings, if that's any help (unsubstantiated rumor.)
- Personal experience: a single Pamprin(TM) which contains
- acetaminophen, pamabrom, and pyrilamine maleate, has an almost
- frightening affect on my moods. It ERASES grumpiness. Frightening
- because it is disturbing to me that my mood is so easily and
- drastically altered with a single pill. Dunno what the relationship of
- the pill to PMS is... I hear that the pill makes your body think you
- are pregnant. Sounds risky to me, but I was a "DES daughter" and I
- figure one brush with the Gods of Statistical Odds was enough for me!
