- I am considerig getting MAPLEV, but on my campus Mathematica
- dominates, so there are no places where I can really try it out
- to get a "feel" for it.
-
- So, I would like to find a good book which details the environment
- and the syntax, etc. for using Maple.
-
- A quick reference sheet or card would ALMOST do it, if I also
- had a list of all of the standard libraries, etc.
-
- I understand that Maple is more powerful than Mathematica.
- Is this true?
-
- Also, I am used to using MACSYMA from a class I had a couple years
- ago. Is Maple similar to this? I found MACSYMA to be very well
- done, and simpler to use than Mathematica.
-
- Thanks,
-
