  16. I'm not positive it does what you want, but the public domain Gnuplot 3.2
  17. does 3d plots and the manual says it does contours. I've used it for 2d
  18. plots and have been quite pleased. It has a variety of output options and
  19. has been ported to a number of different platforms (DOS, X, Next...).

  21. DOS executables can be found at oak.oakland.edu in pub/msdos/plot/gnuplt32.
  22. zip (note the lack of 'o' in gnuplt). The official repository is dartvax.
  23. dartmouth.edu (they don't have DOS executables there, but do have the
  24. source code).
