  12. To Users of the Numerical Recipes SVD routines:

  14. I remembered reading this group a while back about some problems with the
  15. singular value decomposition function in the Numerical Recipes (in C?) book
  16. by Press, Flannery, et. al. I have been unable to locate an archive of this
  17. newsgroup (sci.math.num-analysis) and I would appreciate any pointers to
  18. such a beast.  Alternatively, if you perchance saved the articles describing
  19. the problems and/or fixes for the SVD (and associated routines), I would
  20. appreciate your emailing them to me.

  23. appropriate to limit the bandwidth used.
