  16. i have another question about netlib.  I've never used it before and am
  17. having some trouble accessing files.  I do have the instructions but
  18. they seem a little ambiguous.

  20. I want to download the linear programming package "lp".  what should
  21. my command be?  I have been trying "send lp".  I've also tried
  22. "send index from lp ".  And I've tried accessing an alternative
  23. linear prog package "ampl/models".   But, no luck!  Any suggestions?
