  23. Well, not being one to scoff or anything but...

  25. How many of us remember the last time the planets were about to line up
  26. and a great firebolt was going to zap along this axis evaporating the 
  27. surface of the earth as it went.  It was about 1983 or something. 
  28. I remember Patrick Moore (famous british television astronomer) pointing 
  29. out that not all the planets were involved, the line up wasn't that great 
  30. and that nothing had happened the previous time the planets had lined.
  31. He also pointed out that the previous line had been more of a line and 
  32. involved more planets and nothing was going to happen this time either.  
  33. He was certainly right.  Nothing happened.

  35. Anyway everyone knows the world is going to end on april the 1st 2034...
