  13. Secondly, to the person living Florida (apologies I can't remember your
  14. name), point taken, however buildings can be designed (even for Florida)
  15. which can be cool (or at least cooler than the outside ambient
  16. temperature), without the need for air conditioning systems (or at least
  17. minimise their use). Architects do not seem to have taken this on board.
