- How does the question of whether you're using electricity or fuel for heat
- make any difference to the question of how long you get that part of the system
- in which you produce steam up to operating temperature? Personally, I can't
- imagine very many situations in which having to wait 30 seconds between the
- time you turn on the ignition and the time you can start the car moving would
- be a serious problem.
