  11. Greetings.  The mention of silver solder triggered an old memory which
  12. may or may not be relevant.  I seem to recall reading that silver
  13. solder was definitely to be avoided for electronics work, and that
  14. some kinds of silver solder use a flux which definitely *is*
  15. toxic (the memory says "cadmium") rather than the rosin flux used
  16. in typical tin/lead solder formulations.
