- If you don't need something in such good shape that it qualifies as
- living room furniture, I've found that the best source is government
- auctions. The drawbacks include the fact that auction goods vary from
- auction to auction, and may not be held in your proximity. But, I've gotten
- some great 19" racks for $10, including ergonomic tilting racks (on casters
- no less). Depending on the contents of the auction, you can find great
- test equipment there, too.
-
- I never try to sell racks because of the $$ involved in long-distance
- shipping.
-
- Otherwise, SESCOM, who advertises in Radio Electronics, is the cheapest
- source I've found for new items.
-
- If you're interested in gov't auction info (free), e-mail me. I typed
- some contact info up.
