  17. If you don't need something in such good shape that it qualifies as
  18. living room furniture, I've found that the best source is government
  19. auctions. The drawbacks include the fact that auction goods vary from
  20. auction to auction, and may not be held in your proximity. But, I've gotten
  21. some great 19" racks for $10, including ergonomic tilting racks (on casters
  22. no less). Depending on the contents of the auction, you can find great
  23. test equipment there, too.

  25. I never try to sell racks because of the $$ involved in long-distance
  26. shipping.

  28. Otherwise, SESCOM, who advertises in Radio Electronics, is the cheapest
  29. source I've found for new items.
