  26. History. Unless you believe that no nation could ever have an
  27. indefinite lifespan, would appear to be lots of evidence that improper
  28. investment and stupid "business decisions" by governments (which
  29. includes electing crooks, liars, snake-oil salesfolk and charlatans as
  30. a our representatives) are guaranteed to terminate the existence of a
  31. government.

  33. Even the birth of the USA is rooted in just such mismanagement by the
  34. British.
