- I seem to remember seeing a program on either PBS or the Discovery Channel
- that hypothesized that the reason pi is bundled into the measurements of
- the circumference of the pyramids is that the ancient builders used a
- wheel that was 1 cubit in diameter as a measuring tool (like an odometer),
- and that they paced off 280 or some number of revolutions. Did I dream
- this, or has someone else heard something similar?
