  13. I hope to obtain a random orbital sander as a gift this year and would
  14. like to suggest a good brand/model to the purchaser.  I've read recent 
  15. reviews and am leaning towards either the Bosch or Ryobi ($100-150 range).

  17. What is the nets experience with these tools?  What are the differences
  18. between the methods for attaching the sandpaper?  What are the merits of
  19. the various dust collection techniques?
