- I purchased a DeWalt 3/8" VSR drill the other day for $55 at Home Depot.
- I'm quite impressed with the quality for the price. The construction
- has ball bearings at all points, not a cheap thrust bearing in the
- lot. The handle is nice to hold and the drill has plenty of power for
- a small handheld. Now I just have to find someone to donate my old
- Sears to.
-
- One negative was that a nice keyless chuck I bought (Porter Cable) didn't
- work with the new drill. As an aside, the salesman at HD insisted that
- DeWalt is not B&D professional warmed over. But I'm happy.
