  12. Hi, I am new to this newsgroup. I would like to get some advice on
  13. good books, magazines or other sources of information for setting up a
  14. satellite receiving TV. How do I find what satellites are there?  What
  15. bands are they using? I am interested in particular in receiving
  16. european programming here in Boston. Can it be done? I know they use
  17. PAL instead of NTSC, but that's not a problem for me...
