- I have a problem with my old Panasonic TV. Some channels (not
- all) show a couple of fine, white horizontal lines at the 5% top
- of the screen that cover almost the whole width. This is quite
- bearable, however when I play a commercial tape (macrovision
- encoded?) I get lots of dashed horizontal lines covering the top
- 50% of the screen. These lines fluctuate in intensity with a
- frequency of a few seconds. I wonder if anybody has a solution
- for this. Thanks for the help.
