  12. I have a problem with my old Panasonic TV. Some channels (not
  13. all) show a couple of fine, white horizontal lines at the 5% top
  14. of the screen that cover almost the whole width. This is quite
  15. bearable, however when I play a commercial tape (macrovision
  16. encoded?) I get lots of dashed horizontal lines covering the top
  17. 50% of the screen. These lines fluctuate in intensity with a
  18. frequency of a few seconds. I wonder if anybody has a solution
  19. for this. Thanks for your help.
