- Mmmm...I'd like to start a little friendly discussion here.
-
- First, assume we are talking about a multi-session photo-CD produced by sending
- in the same CD each time we have a new roll of photos developed.
-
- 1. Is it any cheaper to have photo's added to an existing CD than to have a
- new CD produced each time? If not, then a single-session is fine for those
- that don't care that much (most people want prints they can hold).
-
- 2. Labs lose film every so often (you can debate how often).
- Do I want to send in a disk with my film and give them the possibility of
- losing not only my current roll being developed, but all the back rolls already
- stored on the multi-session photo-CD? If you can send the photo-CD in ten
- times, does that make ten times more likely for the first roll to be lost,
- nine times more likely for the second, etc.?
-
- Something to think about.
