  30. I have owned the Memorex- Turbo 8 for over a year and I really like it.
  31. The only thing that would improve it is to have lighted keys-- You
  32. can program in sequences of key strokes once you have taught it the remote
  33. functions-- for instance I have programmed in the key strokes to
  34.  
  35. turn on my surround amp,switch the monitor out to laser disc input,switch the
  36. processing mode to surround, switch my television on, switch the channel
  37. to video1,switch the tv speaker to the dolby center mode,place my LD player
  38. in play mode. The remote executes all these functions with only 2 button
  39. pushes. I have also programmed in sequences to deal with the menu stuff
  40. on the tv--This remote is a couch potatoes best friend. I need only to be
  41. able to throw a laser disc onto the open drawer of my LD player and I
  42. would never have to get up :-)
