- Since I use two monitors with my two R5's I never used the Edit Monitor
- feature. However there is a really neat feature on the R5. When it is in REC
- PAUSE mode you can play with the jog/shuttle to reposition the tape to get the
- start point setup. When you do this a window pops up and gives you playback
- from the tape while in REC PAUSE mode. Using my two R5's I can keep
- positioning the tape without having to take the recorded out of REC mode -
- this makes setups between segments nice and fast when doing manual edits.
