- Yeah, but this doesn't change one of TWA's underlying problems: their
- equipment is mostly older stuff. Come 1995 they won't, unless a miracle
- happens, be meeting the federal "50% of all aircraft must be stage 3"
- mandate. They'll either have to spend billions on new aircraft or
- millions on hush kits for engines.
