  11. I'm seeking information from any adventurous world travellers who have been to
  12. the Neotropics.... I'm going to be working in Panama from January until June
  13. but hopefully I'll have a little time off to explore/play.  I'd love some
  14. recommendations on what to see and do in Panama and Costa Rica on a limited
  15. budget.  I'm especially interested in backpacking, birding, and climbing...
  16. as of yet I haven't had the opportunity to find out what's available there for
  17. fun and adventure.  
  18. I'd also appreciate any other bits of advice about Panama and neighboring
  19. regions.
