  15. I need a cheap means of transportation this christmas over Europe.  Could 
  16. anybody tell me 
  17. a) When is the France pull out of the InterRail program effective?
  18. b) I am a European by nationality.  Am I still elegible to purchase the 
  19. InterRail once I go home for Christmas (I haven't been in Europe for a 
  20. while)?  If so, could I buy it in a country other than the one I have the 
  21. passport for?
