  37.     What are you talking about, Ofcourse if the DAMMED system is
  38. different it would have different speeds, but the VHS Tapes
  39. are the same and can be interchanged -- i.e. What is recorded
  40. on it might not be viewable back on your system (NTSC) but the
  41. physical tape is the SAME. Make sure you know what you are talking
  42. about before you post it (Yes, I know there are VHS tapes they say E
  43. for European and T for NTSC, but the actual physical frame of the tape
  44. is VHS and is standard throughout the world).
