  10. For everyone's info:  Just got back from a 2-week tour of Italy, where
  11. we were looking for bank machines which would take Plus cards.  We
  12. didn't find ANY machines with Plus stickers, and very few that would
  13. take a Visa, etc. card for a cash advance.  We hit Rome, Florence,
  14. Lugano (Switz.), Pisa, Padua, Verona, Venice, and Assisi.  But, I'll
  15. tell ya, you can pay for just about everything with a Visa or MC,
  16. provided you spend enough.  Some places won't charge anything under $20,
  17. or they'll give you a hard time.
