  21. No, no, that's the world turned upside down!  There should be mailing
  22. lists for people that want State Department advisories, and for those
  23. that have 5-percent-off-on-Tuesdays-at-the-Ritz-Carlton coupons for
  24. sale, and for "Has anyone been to Organ?" queries.  Then the rest of
  25. us can go back to the interesting stuff.
