- Well, depends on what you're interested in. The Hot Springs area of
- Arkansas is pretty (imho), lots of rolling hills and woodlands.
- The HS National Park is in the middle of the city and is centered
- on the old bathhouses. It's a nice visit. But instead of staying
- in Hot Springs, I'd recommend staying at the DeGray Lodge at
- DeGray State Park, about 15-20 south of Hot Springs (down SR 7)
- near Bismarck, on the way to Arkadelphia. The Lodge overlooks
- the lake and in winter there are Bald Eagles there. There's a golf course
- at the State Park, and lots of opportunities for boating, fishing,
- and hiking; you can rent bicycles there too. It might snow, but
- mostly likely it won't.
