- Just a brief comment, as this is my first post, but from my (5 months)
- experience of travelling in Africa, reliable supplies of major American/
- European brand-name drugs were legally available over-the-counter
- in all the large cities (anti-biotics, codiene etc.).

- So if the medication you require is not too obscure, how about just asking
- your GP for a list of the drugs you need, along with suitable alternatives,
- and purchasing them over there?
