  11. My girlfriend and I are looking to get away from central Illinois for
  12. a few days over the Christmas holidays, and one of the places we were
  13. considering visiting was Hot Springs, Arkansas.

  15. Does anybody know what there would be to do there in late December/early
  16. January?  Is it worth the trip?

  18. If not, does anyone have any suggestions of interesting places to go
  19. for a couple days that are within about 1 day's drive from central
  20. Illinois?  We really don't want to go north because of potentially bad
  21. weather, so it'd have to be someplace south.
