- Call me tourist. I visited the Nuremberg Christmas Fair every year
- from 1975 through 1980 and enjoyed it. Yes, it was crowded, but it
- was not so crowded that you couldn't get around. In addition to the
- fair, there is the local toy museum, Albrecht Druerer's house, and
- the Kaiserburg, which can be visited without leaving the atmosphere
- of the fair. (PS - the Kaiserburg chapel was the only part not damaged
- during the WWII bombing). Remember, the Nuremberg Fair is the largest
- and most famous.
-
- Of course, if you prefer the smaller, personal touches, by all means
- visit any of the others. Rothenberg ob der Tauber is a very beautiful
- setting for any festive occassion. Personally, I would rather take
- advantage of its beauties in warmer weather.
