  20. I must be one of the lucky ones! Accepting the comments re minimum purchases
  21. and having not even tried to get VAT refunds just on receipts I can say with
  22. certainty that within six weeks of dropping my correctly filled out set of
  23. VAT refund forms at _Heathrow_ T4 I received a refund in Australia. So it
  24. does work but be prepared to allocate at least 20 mins to 1 hour for the
  25. process! BTW this was approx 22 months ago.
