  14. I need to rent a car in "the Bay area", next week.  No problem you say, I  
  15. do not have a credit card.  I have called a few local rental companies  
  16. locally and they do not have any suggestions.  A few years ago it was  
  17. possible to get a ID card from a rental company.  with this card one could  
  18. rent with cash.   Is this service still offered, do i have any options?
