  13. I'm going to California in December, San Diego more specifically, and will
  14. most propably rent a car for the month. So my first question is: where will I
  15. get the best deal?

  17. And number 2, I would like to take my rental car into Mexico for a while. From
  18. earlier experiences I know that this is generally a bad idea (having to
  19. bribe the local police) but can I pay extra insurance, or is there any other
  20. way around this problem?
