- The problem with a lack of dominance in the men's game is that there are in
- fact about 100 Monica's. Men's tennis is so much more competitive. The women
- would be as competitive if natural selection hadn't created such freaks of
- nature as Martina and Monica. They possess physical skills which other women
- cannot attain no matter how hard and long they train. Jenny Capriati is alsoo
- one of these "freaks" of which I speak. I saw her play when she was eleven
- years old--she was just as big as the men and was hitting the ball twice
- as hard. Sorry, no matter how much Aranxta (to cite a typical example of
- an overworked, average female player) trains.. she will never be anywhere
- near close to the level of a Monica or a Steffi.
