  17. If I remember correctly, Germany was in the last three finals (1982 in
  18. Spain lost against Italy 1-3, 1986 in Mexico lost against Argentina 2-3,
  19. 1990 in Italy won against Argentina 1-0), so it would be the fourth
  20. consecutive final if they would be in it in 1994. I'm not sure whether
  21. they really can do it, but on the other hand where are the alternatives?
