  33. I was also surprized by this, but I find it hard to believe any "name"
  34. person would come into Championship USA when Meltzer reported:

  38.     -  The  Oregon Boxing and Wrestling Commision is trying to shut
  39.        down the operation because Barr used an unlicensed wrestler

  41.        Barr was given a 6 week reprieve until he can find a lawyer
  42.        to defend him.
