  12. Has anybody out there built any bore-through metal woods?

  14. I just received Trident Widebody 1W & 3W heads from Pro-Swing.
  15. They're hosel-less metal heads, similar to Calloway I guess.

  17. Being my first attempt at club building, I wasn't aware that
  18. I had to bore through the heads myself.  I will be attaching
  19. them to graphite shafts.  Do I really need to purchase their
  20. counter-sink bit, or will a regular drill bit do just as well?

  22. Also,
  23. Must I drill all the way through the bottom of the club head?
  24. If so, what's the best way of trimming off the bottom of the
  25. shaft without damaging the bottom of the head?
  26. And are hosel collars and plugs required or just there for looks?
  27. Any other suggestions are appreciated.
