  18. I see the similarity in the two cases, but I don't see why the two
  19. situations should be treated differently.  If it is a turnover on the
  20. playing fieldd, it should be a turnover in the endzone.

  22. I guess the receiver needs to acknoledge the goal (whatever that means -
  23. 10th rules writers...).
