- I see the similarity in the two cases, but I don't see why the two
- situations should be treated differently. If it is a turnover on the
- playing fieldd, it should be a turnover in the endzone.

- I guess the receiver needs to acknoledge the goal (whatever that means -
- 10th rules writers...).
