- Somebody already reported the Open final. In the Womens final,
- the Maineacs beat Lady Godiva 19-15? 19-16? I forget. But the game
- was not as close as the score would indicate. Much as in the Open
- final, an initially close game was pretty much taken over by the
- winning team. Godiva scored 2-3 points in a row at the end before
- the Maineacs scored the winning goal.
- The question I have is: why did the Women only play to 19, while
- the Open/Men played to 21? If they play with the same 175g disc, play
- on the same field, play with the same number of players, why not let
- them play to the same point score?
