  20. When Cotto has had long periods of full-time play, his batting
  21. deteriorates steadily.  He is an excellent fourth-outfielder, and
  22. might do well as a platoon player, but if he is the everyday
  23. right-fielder at the beginning of the season we'll be sad
  24. by June.
